Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and last-minute openings are hard to fill. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
24 hours or more notice: No charge. You can cancel or reschedule anytime through your booking link or by message.
Less than 24 hours notice: You will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are charged the full appointment cost.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, I will do my best to complete your service in the remaining time, but the full price still applies. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and the late-cancel charge will apply.
Exceptions: The only exception is a verified medical emergency. Documentation, such as a doctor’s note or urgent care record, may be requested.
By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize the card on file to be charged if it applies.
